FFL Transfer Policy
All firearms must be transferred through our FFL. California law requires a 10-day waiting period for all firearm purchases. We will email you when your transfer is ready for pickup.
Background Check Policy
All background checks are by appointment only. All required documents must be present when you arrive. Appointments must be scheduled in advance — call 408-877-1212.
Return Policy
Firearms: 30% restocking fee after the distributor order has been placed. Accessories: 30 days for unused items in original condition with receipt.
Ammunition Policy
California requires ammunition to ship to a licensed vendor. All ammunition ships to our Sunnyvale store. A background check is required for ammunition pickup.

Storage Policy
Firearms must be picked up within 7 days of pickup notification. Storage fees apply after 15 days.
